Assalamualaikum and hye all,

Hari ini saya nak share 1 skin care tip, especially for those who have oily and acne skin like me. And the secret lies in the hand of OATMEAL. Yes, only oatmeal. Like the one that you drink (or eat? ) everyday. The video below lists the goodness of oatmeal and what makes it so amazing. Basically, it relieves redness, removes dirt and absorb excess oil, exfoliates skin for a brighter complexion and many more, you can watch the video okay ;) Yang paling penting it's organic, anti-oxidant and using natural ingredients, that's what the best for our skin.

I use this one. Quaker Oat brand, There's another one in red packaging but I find it does not as effective as this one in the blue packaging.

Basically cara dia mudah je. Basahkan sedikit dengan air and sapu + tenyeh kat muka. Macam kita cuci muka. I've been trying this skin care regime for almost a month and Alhamdulillah my skin getting better. Actually, I don't have any serious skin problem pun cumanya hari tu, time honeymoon kat Langkawi, my skin was over exposed to sun and UV. Yerla, duduk kat pulau and tepi pantai kan, haruslah jadi begitu. So, my skin became darker and oily, and as I expected, jerawat pun tumbuhlah. That was when I discovered this treatment and tried it. Syukur sangat, memang memberi kesan. Puas hati, tak sampai seminggu pun actually kulit dah getting better and cerah semula. happy trying ;)
